Qoolpod™ offers a sleek and compact design that is sure to be a center piece not an eyesore.  Our pod is designed for you to sit comfortably so that you are able to fully enjoy the experience.  We use the best of the best.  Our pod includes filtration with ozone sanitation, chilling/heating bringing you temperatures from 39-104 °F, Bluetooth stereo system, LED lighting, insulated cover, and WiFi temperature control to monitor and control your Qoolpod™ from anywhere in the world.

Delivery and Returns

Qoolpod™ has a 15-day return policy, which means the customer has 15 days after receiving item to request a return.  All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, customer's item must be in the same condition that it received it and in its original packaging.  Customer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Qoolpod™ has the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be neglected, tampered with, or damaged.

If customer return is accepted, Metalifestyle will send instructions on how and where to send package.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect order upon reception and contact Metalifestyle immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if customer receives the wrong item, so that Qoolpod™ can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

Metalifestyle will notify customer once Qoolpod™ received and return inspected, and let customer know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for customer bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee if canceled before shipment.  Please allow 10 business days for refunds to process.

Warranty

Residential Model:  Qoolpod™ extends the following 3-Year Limited Warranty.  The warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied by Qoolpod™  This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions.  The warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.  All components covered under this warranty are warrantied for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery, except for the water chiller and spa cover.  The water chiller is warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery and the spa cover is warrantied for 2 years on the outer vinyl casing and 1 year on the inner foam core from the date of delivery.  The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.  The customer is responsible for any shipping-related costs and completing the repairs.

This warranty is automatically void if Qoolpod™ determines that the product has been altered, abused, neglected, or in any other way improperly used or treated.  The customer is responsible for regular maintenance of the product.  Any problems or failures arising from failure to provide proper maintenance, water chemistry/balance will void this warranty.  Using improper or harsh cleaning agents will also void this warranty. This warranty will be void if the customer uses any replacement parts or accessories not genuine or original to the unit or provided by Qoolpod™.

Qoolpod™ assumes no liability or responsibility for incidental, consequential or other damage including, but not limited to, removal of a deck or other custom fixture(s) and structures, transportation or shipping charges, telephone charges, rental of a like product during the time warranty parts or service is being obtained, travel, loss or damage to personal property and loss of revenue, use, time or convenience resulting from the use of the Qoolpod™covered by this warranty.
